QUICKFOX COMMERCE STUDIO provides professional web design and development services to clients in Canada. Our services include the design and development of e-commerce websites, as well as ongoing maintenance and support.

SECTION 3: FEES AND PAYMENT

Our fees for web design and development services are outlined in our project proposals, which are provided to clients before work begins. All fees are due in Canadian dollars and are payable upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

SECTION 4: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

QUICKFOX COMMERCE STUDIO retains ownership of all intellectual property related to our website and services, including but not limited to logos, graphics, and code. Our clients retain ownership of all intellectual property related to their own websites and content.

SECTION 5: CONFIDENTIALITY

QUICKFOX COMMERCE STUDIO agrees to keep all client information, including but not limited to business plans and financial data, confidential.

SECTION 6: TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Upon termination, QUICKFOX COMMERCE will transfer all completed work to the client and delete any confidential information.

SECTION 7: DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

QUICKFOX COMMERCE STUDIO does not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any errors or interruptions as soon as possible.

SECTION 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

QUICKFOX COMMERCE STUDIO will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

SECTION 9: GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.

SECTION 10: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

QUICKFOX COMMERCE STUDIO reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of our clients to review these terms periodically.
